SHIPPING

We appreciate each and every order. We value every customer and will endeavour to get your order to you promptly, and in perfect condition.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping time of 3-5 working days is on top of this.

All shipping is via NZ POST/NZ Couriers

Tracking numbers/courier information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

AUS shipping: 3-10 working days (via NZ post) 

NZ shipping: 3-5 working days (via NZ Post)

Please note that there is shipping time plus a processing time. Generally orders will be received within 6-10 working days, however, certain destinations may take longer.

Please make sure that all details are entered correctly, as they can not be changed once the order has been shipped.

State Of Design takes no responsibility for any orders that are lost in the process of shipping, therefore customers must liaise with the shipping company given to them and tracking number provided. However, we are always happy to assist.

Returns:

Please make sure that you choose carefully as all of our prints are custom printed and returns for "change of mind" will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you damaged please get in touch and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. 

Shipping Internationally:

Please note that certain taxes or duty charges may be charged to the customer upon arrival into the country. These charges are not covered by State Of Design. The items will not be released until they are paid. 

We are unable to advise how much any charges incurred will be, but your customs office should be able to advise you.
